B. Tata Cara Pendaftaran

  1. Pastikan anda sudah melengkapi semua persyaratan pendaftaran.
  2. Buka browser mozilla firefox atau google chrome pada laptop/pc anda.
  3.   4. Isi semua data awal pada form pendaftaran yang terdiri dari:
    –  Pilih jalur pendaftaran
    –  Isi Nama Peserta dengan benar (sesuai Akte Kelahiran)
    –  Isi Tempat dan Tanggal Lahir (sesuai Akte Kelahiran)
    –  Pilih Jenis Kelamin
    –  Pilih Agama
    –  Isi NISN (opsional), isi dengan tanda ( – ) jika tidak ada
    –  Isi Nomor HP (Wajib Diisi dengan nomor HP Ayah/Ibu, yang masih aktif), nomor HP harus berupa angka minimal 10 digit
    – Isi Nama Ayah
    – Isi Nama Ibu
  5. Pastikan data anda sudah benar dan terisis semua sebelum anda klik Daftar

  6. sistem akan otomatis mendownload data anda sebagai arsip, harap disimpan baik-baik.
  7. Langkah selanjutnya yang harus dilakukan adalah login ke sistem menggunakan username dan password yang ada di dokumen yang anda download setelah pendaftaran di halaman berikut :

  8. Klik menu lengkapi data formulir, isi semua data dengan lengkap.
  9. Upload foto dan file dokumen yang di persyaratkan untuk mendaftar, jika anda belum punya file, anda bisa menscan atau memfoto dokumen anda kemudian upload ke sistem.
  10. Cetak formulir anda sebagai arsip di menu cetak formulir.
  11. Lakukan pembayaran formulir ke panitian PPDB di sekolah.
  12. Tunggu info selanjutnya dari panitia.
